This position is HV battery project management with the main responsibility of ensuring HV battery project Quality Assurance activities as VW schedule and process and integration into the vehicle. Focus on the HV-battery integration situation with the vehicle and solve relevant problems. Make sure the HV-battery project to fulfill vehicle demands and milestone.

Job responsibilities：

1.Requirements management: Coordination of project management requirements, clarification and escalation of unclear requirements (Quality & technical relevance).

2.Preparation of documents (Q-Release,traffic light,etc) and presentation to the relevant committees (Pilot hall,WAR committees,etc.). Preparation and distribution of management status reports.

3.Comprehensive quality management in-house parts incl. Tracking the quality status of the in-house parts regularly, maintenance of an EMPB and escalation if necessary.

4.Comprehensive quality management purchased parts incl. Tracking the quality status of the purchased parts regularly, maintenance of an EMPB and escalation if necessary.

5.Report at appointments in WOB/VGC e.g. status China round of the QA, briefing from project status. Representation of the project at VGC and VWA or (for projects with other entities) organization.

6.Organization and implementation of a regular meeting for coordination with the customer entities (e.g. SEAT, Skoda, CoE, JVs).

7.Coordination with production, quality assurance, procurement, Coordination with the specialist group on Quality-relevant topics in the Battery.

Job requirement：

1.Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, control science and engineering or similar.

2.Minimum 3-year experience working of in HV-battery or similar working in automotive industry working experience in companies of VW group is preferred.

3.Deep knowledge of technical engineering product, knowledge of VW PEP is preferred. Profound competence in problem solving in projects.

4.International working experience within a multi-culture-environment

5.Very good team player with good communication ability, high motivation, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.

6.Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred

7.Competent in using MS office
