Establish, maintain and comply with the company's quality system. Edit and update Quality Management System relevant documents. Plan, organize and follow up internal and external QM certification process, including annual internal and external audits. Maintain QM related Network, communication, meetings and workshops.

Key Tasks:

1. Establish and maintenance compliant quality management system according to ISO 9001 and company  standards. 
2. Support the implement and further development of QM System of process owner in accordance with certification requirements, laws and internal regulations.
3. Edit and align the QM documents with departments and control the process of releasing and updating QM documents.
4. Advise all departments on the preparation of QM related documents, for example, work and check instruction, process standards, forms and FKO(Fuehrungskraefteordner, leadership folder)
5. Prepare and archive the approved QM documents( QM Handbook, Process Standard and work instruction )
6. Plan the external audits in cooperation with Quality Management Coordinator in departments.
7. Plan and implement internal system audit, including scheduled and task oriented. Prepare audit plan and align the audit time. Organize Kick-off and Closing meeting. Conduct the quality management audit with process-oriented way and edit the audit report. Control the resolve process and conduct after audit when required.
8. Control the countermeasure of non conformity founding and improvement points internal and external system audits.
9. Participate internal QM meetings and workshops. Plan and implement QMS related training and Quality Tools. Plan and Demonstrate Quality awareness in the company. 
10. Follow the arrangement of leader and finish other tasks assigned by leaders on time

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other higher technical education.
• at least 3 years of automotive manufacturing experience
• ISO 9001 internal and/or external auditor certification
• Fluent in English and/or German
• Experienced in QM-Systems and standards
• Understand the current automobile legislation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High degree of responsibility
• Target oriented and Problem Solving
• Able to travel
