Coordinate project management related activities, resources, equipment and information. Ensure timely and accurate information delivery to GQ1 management to steer project implementation. Bring all department quality contents and targets into new car projects. Ensure the quality status in pre-series phase. Prepare department budget, follow up payments status. In charge of GQ1 EHS related issues.

Key Tasks:

1. Coordination: Communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers, suppliers and service providers during ramp-up of new car projects in compliance with the product development process. Coordinate and follow up the special car status at the project early stage , example: MAF, KAF car...
2. Communication: Inform GQ1 Management Team immediately about any problems during planning phase, and keep it always up to date about progress of Investment Committee, Pilot Halle preparation. Communicate and follow-up tasks with the different areas within GQ1 and provide a status feedback to the planning team.
3. Planning: Work with each sub-team to prepare the department budgets based on project planning, follow up payment status. Ensure budget and payment compliance during work.
4. Meeting: Participate and represent GQ1 in project & budget planning phase meetings. Support the preparation of all necessary documentation and presentation according to the standards.
5. Steering: Ensure that all relevant data is identified and analyzed, provide prognosis and forecasting data to GQ1 management to department steering. By closely monitoring and evaluating the work environment, ensure workplace operations comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations. help to minimize risks and protect the well-being of employees.
6. Qualification: Participating in the preparation of the qualification plan for follow-up work and monitoring the implementation. Assisting the employees to be qualified in the plant. Performing the regular comparison with the other contact partners and the follow-up works as well as if necessary.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor degree in engineering, business administrative or other higher technical education
• 1-5 years project coordination work experience;
• Experience in the Automobile Company 
• Knowledge of Processes of the Automobile Industry
• Knowledge of Quality Methods: VDA, FMEA, 8D, PMP... 
• Influence in English; German is a plus
• Proficiency in Project Management Knowledge of VW Group Systems (TEVON, BeON, etc)
• Knowledge of Volkswagen Group Standards
• Communication and presentation skills
