As responsible persons of the relevant project readiness process，coordinate parts status reports and complete TEVON system reports and tasks, report at PH/Project Committee Meeting on schedule. Completes BOM explosion and instructs disposition call-off.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

1. Complete BOM explosion and instructs disposition call-off. 整车零件拆分并且指 导筹措订货.

2. Tracking system input (open B releases, supplier input, initial sample date input, and initial sample date tracking)跟踪系 统输入（B release, 供应商信息输入，首 样日期输入，首样日期跟踪）

3. Tracks the initial sample deadlines and critical parts agreed with supplier and KTM. 首批样件以及重点零件跟踪

4. Reporting “parts status” of the complete vehicle in the PH. 在PH上汇 报整车零件状态

5. Transparent presentation of the vehicle project at parts level for all project participants (including in the TEVON system) 为所有项目参会方提供零件层级 的透明信息（包括在TEVON系统中）

Qualification and skills: 

▪ Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.

▪ With good communication skills and team spirit.

▪ Good language skills in English and /or German. 

▪ Familiar with the structure of mass system schedules, SAP/TEVON 

▪ Bachelor degree or above in full-time university.

▪ Proficient in the use of OFFICE software.
