Key function is to support the Supplier Chargeback business for Export (SEAT) and eventually other markets. Handle all topics related to suppliers in China and analyze supplier appeal(s) together with internal staff of SEAT, VWA, VCTC, ICV, always get best Charge Back results.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support and management of Supplier chargeback for Export.
- Analyze the potential supplier charge backs using REGAL/2 system.
- Co-ordinate with finance team to keep track of financial transactions generated through REGAL/2.
- Generate monthly reports and adhoc reports from REGAL/2.
- Depending on the case, communicate with warranty parts return center and verify vendor code details.
- Suggest logical criteria's (SAGA/2) to Warranty Systems Specialist based on Regal/2 system.
- Organize meetings with Suppliers as and when required including internal VWA stakeholders.
- Release Debit Notes to suppliers in China on monthly basis.
- Review the claims in waiting pool, in system Regal/2 and assign them to right Suppliers. Generate debit notes & release them.
- To maintain right Chargeback conditions in system Regal/2 for highest possible accuracy in generation of debit notes.
- Propose the supplier credit notes with substantial reasoning.
- Support all activities for preparation for China Cost Recovery Committee (CCRC) as and when required.
Qualification and skills:
• University Bachelor degree or above
• Major: Automotive or Mechanism or Electrical preferred
• Work experience in automotive industry; at least 2 years experience in Warranty at any automotive OEM.
• Ability to learn new systems and procedures;
• Experience in project management methods and technics in all project phases;
• Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning;
• Experience working in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams;
• Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive);
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment;
• Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be an asset
• Committed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Should be familiar with all the process and work flow at dealer level in the area of Aftersales.
• Excellent MS Office skills
