This position holds the responsibility for reporting and escalating the main topics from market complaints and priority issues in the market for the VWA vehicle models, in the terms of internally VWA-GT / VWA-QA / VWA-TE and externally DSSO / VGIC / VST / SEAT-VA / SEAT-TE etc. and accelerate the corresponding problem-solving process for aftersales.

Key Tasks:

1. Organize meetings for issue management in terms of the relevant departments and promote the technical solutions for aftersales topics.
2. Effectively escalate the market issues to PCC/FAP/KPM and relevant cross function departments, speed up the whole problem-solving process.
3. Tracking the status and milestones of the problem-solving process.
4. Evaluate the feasibility of the solutions for aftersales topics.
5. Organize to create aftersales solutions(TPI) to importers/dealers for problem-solving.
6. Organize to publish aftersales solutions(TPI) to importers/dealers.
7. Track solution effectiveness and optimization of the lessons-learned.
8. Regularly summarizing and reporting the overall status of all affected market problems.
9. Regularly exchange information to other BU for knowledge sharing.
10. Regularly provide training to importers/dealers for common topics.

Qualification and skills:

• University Bachelor degree or above
• Major: Automotive or Mechanics or relevant majors 
• 3 years or above work experience in automotive industry;
• at least 1 year experience in product support field 

• Experience in project management methods and technics in all project phases;

• Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning,

• Experience working in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams;

• Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive);

• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment (deal with uncertainties and master high pressure);

• Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be beneficial
