Ensuring the vehicle and component analysis related to product safety in market China. Determining of the root cause of the analyzed cases (e.g. vehicle fire). Provides insights to improve ongoing series and future projects.

Key Tasks:

1.Analysis of the cases related to product safety ( e.g. vehicle fires) reported by the customer service to clarify the technical causes as well as the justification of customer claims. 

2. Analysis of claims (e.g fires) on Volkswagen-Anhui vehicles for which recourse claims are made or are to be expected. 

3. Initiation of corrective measures for series and vehicle in the market. 

4. Clarification of the technical facts in case of inquiries from authorities, lawyers, insurance companies and consultant, on product safety cases. 

5. Collaborate in the worldwide experts network. 

Qualification and skills required for the position: 

- Dipl.-Ing./ Master / Bachelor automotive engineering or similar degree with concentration of vehicle electric. It would be advantageous with practice experience. 

- Fresh graduate 

- Knowledge of vehicle and vehicle manufacturing processes

- Knowledge of Quality Methods: FMEA, QPN, 8D, VDA.

- HV-Education (EFK)

- Driving License

- Language: Fluent English, German is a plus

- Communication and presentation skills

- Reediness to frequent business travel to perform analysis on site Detail observer
