Safety Engineer is to manage the company’s operation to follow the safety regulations; organize to develop and set down the necessary solution to avoid labor injuries, fire incident and possibility to the development any kind of occupational disease.

Safety Engineer should work within the leading of head of work safety

Key tasks:

1.    Risk assessment for whole plant
•    Defind the process for the assessment
•    Train the coordinators the knowleadge of risk assessment

2.    Plan for controlling the dangerous source
•    Defind the high risk object
•    Coutermeasures for the risk and supervising the executive

3.    Organize and involve in emergency response plan and drill 
•    Compiling and evaluate the process
•    Training and drill

4.    Regular site tour and send incorrect behavior to relevant department 
•    Audit and organize the audit with each dept
•    Supervise and Involve in the correction plan and carry out for the audit findings

5.    Safety training skill KVP and training quality control 

6.    Follow three simultaneous
•    Contractor management (report in time and full)
•    Follow up evaluation process with authority

7.    Company safety culture establishment

8.    Labor injury and incident management 
•    Incident investigation and reporting
•    Injury claim in term of labor insurance
•    Statistic
•    Public

Qualification and skills:

•    5 years safety  management or engineering working experience in a multinational company and preferably in the manufacturing industry
•    Strong sense responsibility and principle
•    Strong logical analysis ability
•    Accurate and detail-oriented work
•     Experience with fault tree, 5W analysis method 
•    High sense of responsibility and work ethic, can handle several task in parallel.
•    Willingness to learn and further develop
•    Team player spirit
•    Well developed communication skills
•    Proficient in English or German
•    Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
