Brief description of the position:

The core mission of this position is responsible for project assistance, smart logistics and decarbonization, mainly as follows: Smart logistics project; Decarbonization/Green logistics strategy responsibilities in Logistics; ECMS responsibility in Logistics;Responsible for other organizational and administrative work arranged by the Head of Logistics.

Key Tasks:

ECMS responsibility in Logistics - Lead the roll-out plan of ECMS in all departments of LO - Coordinate implementation of the ECMS requirements

- Cooperate with PE to improve the environmental work at LO - Recording and reporting of production-related environmental data and KPIs

Decarbonization strategy responsibility in Logistics - Analysis and monitoring of transportation market situation in China mainland - Observation of market opportunities and risks in strategic energy resources

- Monitoring of technological developments in energy saving and clean energy consumption methods in transportation market - Costs and benefits calculation for inbound transportation network in regard to energy source. - Calculation of impact of decarbonization rate on BNK development.

Smart logistics project - Coordinate the project and report the status to the head of Logistics - Responsible for receiving guests from Smart logistics project

Cooperate with technical supporter from PTC - Prepare the project report to the CEO of VWA - Support the project to advantage VWA branding

Responsible for diversity in logistics - Assist the head of Logistics to promote the diversity of logistics - Integrate the staff development & diversity as an important topic into logistics daily work atmosphere

- Spread diversity related documents and perception to logistics all stuff Responsible for Integrity & compliance in Logistics - Cooperate with GC about I&C related work and report to the head of Logistics

- Organize I&C related events in Logistics - Integrate VWA I&C policy into logistics daily work environment - Attend I&C workshop and spread the perception to logistics all staff

Qualification and skills:

 Must be bachelor Degree or above, in engineering, logistics are preferred

Campus or social

Must have good business related IT-knowledge

Must have very good communication and presentation skills

Must have problem solving and analytical skills

Must have structured work, process thinking, poise, strong communication and good team coorperation and organization skills are necessary

Nice to have readiness for business trips
