Overall responsible for departmental budget management activities, including budget planning&application, usage monitoring and precisely forecast and management reporting.

Key Tasks:

1. Be responsible for Overheads management of the department.
2. Be responsible for Investment management of the department.
3. Prepare the document and figures and be the Representative on the Investment Committee meeting to claim request.
4. Continuously monitor to department financial pool and budget usage, make monthly and yearly forecast and identify the trend.
5. be responsible for departmental Planning-Round affairs, and conduct the PR activities with department head and ensure the department financial target is reached. 
6. Other topics which is connected to company Controlling and Accouting department.Goods/service acceptance and accordingly settle the payment topic with Finance.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Bachelor or Master degree in Finance area.

1-3 years Finance and budget management experience, better in automotive-related industry.

Strong competence in Finance and budget management.
Solid coordination and negotiation skills, as well as the ability of profound analytical thinking;
Sensitive to key figures and trend based on data pool;
Proficient in Excel and Presentation making;
Proficient language skills in English, both written and oral;
German language is a plus.
