Technical change is an important measure to meet product quality optimization, cost optimization, laws and regulations change, manufacturing process optimization, continuously compress the implementation cycle of technical change, and support the company to quickly improve product quality and optimize cost.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for technical change implementation. Organize relevant department to carry out implementation plan of technical change. Maintain timing-cockpit of technical change. 负责技术更改的实施。组织相关部门制定技术 更改实施计划。维护更改代码的采用时间。

2. Responsible for AEKO implementation. Organize relevant department to carry out implementation plan of AEKO. Maintain timing-cockpit of AEKO. 负责AEKO的实施。组织相关部门制定AEKO 实施计划。维护AEKO的采用时间。

3. Organize try out of technical change, verify the production availability of new part. Coordinate to solve problem in the try out process. 组织技术更改试装，检验新零件的生产通过 性。协调处理试装过程中出现的问题。

4. Define the switching mode of technical change and AEKO, coordinate to solve the problem in the implementation process. Record the first chassis number to ensure traceability. 确认技术更改和AEKO的切换方式，协调解决 实施过程出现的问题。记录切换首车底盘号保 证可追溯性。

5. Organize the weekly technical change meeting and issue the meeting minutes, create technical change list, issue technical change implementation monthly report. 组织技术更改周例会和发布周例会纪要，编制 技术更改清单，发布技术更改实施月报。

Qualification and skills:

Personal skills:

• Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
• Advanced in product management methods and concepts, with good communication skills and team spirit. 
• Good language skills in English and /or German, very good communication and presentation skills.

Working experience (in years):

• Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, business management, logistics, machinery, etc.
• At least 5 years’ working experience in production, technology and product in automobile industry, preferably in a large automotive company.
• Proficient in industrial automation systems and Office software.
• Knowledge of vehicle equipment and experience in vehicle equipment and configuration management.
• Familiarity with VW system PR-round, T-PPA processes is a plus.
• Understand the equipment and configuration release process, including system data management, release, cross-departmental assessment and release.
