Responsible for "VSC-SET" related functions. Participate in the assembly test of the production line, and evaluate the vehicle review report weekly and monthly. Analyze process quality problems and 0 km problems, formulate solutions and track their effectiveness.

Key Tasks:

1.In his capacity as QS-SET representative as well as within the scope of his cooperation in the VSC, he performs the tasks of the function "VSC/SET cooperation 

2. Participation in the execution of the installation tests under cycle conditions on the line within the scope of the sampling process 

3. Evaluation of the reporting system for the product audit (e.g. weekly evaluation, monthly evaluation) 

4. Analysis of data from the test areas (FIS-EQS, Vehicle Audit, PDI check) of assembly 

5. Evaluation of customer studies (QAS, NEVQS, JDPower) with regard to assembly topics 

6. Participation or execution of the preliminary analysis for process topics and B-defects with the involvement of the necessary areas 

7. Analysis of 0 km complaints and development of suitable solutions as well as verification of the effectiveness of the measures in accordance with the FAP plant 

8. Participation in Cross Functional Teams according to FAP Plant 

9. Develop emergency and rapid response mechanisms 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other higher technical education: Preferably in Mechanical or automotive engineering.
• 3-5 years in the Automobile Manufacturing in the areas of: Production, Development and Quality.
• Specific training in the manufacture of cars in the Assembly area
• Quality manufacturing technics: 5S, Kai-Zhen, Poka-Joke,..
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Knowledge in Statistical Tolerance Analysis, Wheel alignment, MTM……
• Detailed knowledge about production and supplier quality
• Problem solving and process diagnosis abilities 
• Proficient with Word, excel and PowerPoint…
