Ensure the “Road test” and “Water test” performance of the vehicle produced in the Assembly Shop through checking, monitoring, problem analyzing, and other control actions. And take actions to promote continues improvement.

Key Tasks:

1. In his capacity as “Road test quality engineer “representative as well as within the scope of his cooperation of the team, he shall be responsible of the road test and water test performance of the complete
   vehicles.
2. Evaluation of the reporting system for the product audit (e.g. weekly evaluation, monthly evaluation)
3. Analysis of data from the test areas (FIS-EQS and Vehicle Audit) of assembly
4. Evaluation of customer studies (QAS, NEVQS, JDPower) with regard to assembly Road test and Water test topics
5. Participation or execution of the preliminary analysis for process topics and B-defects with the involvement of the necessary areas
6. Analysis of 0 km complaints and development of suitable solutions as well as verification of the effectiveness of the measures in accordance with the FAP plant
7. Participation in Cross Functional Teams according to FAP Plant
8. Develop emergency and rapid response mechanisms

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other higher technical education:
  Preferably in Mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Minimum of 1 years in the Automobile Manufacturing in the areas of: Production, Development and Quality.
• Specific training in the manufacture of cars in the Assembly area
  Quality manufacturing technics: 5S, Kai-Zhen, Poka-Joke,..
  Fluent in English; German is a plus
  Knowledge in Statistical Tolerance Analysis, Wheel alignment, MTM……
  Detailed knowledge about production and supplier quality
  Problem solving and process diagnosis abilities
  Proficient with Word, excel and PowerPoint…
  High degree of responsibility
