Brief description of the position:

The core job of this position is to be responsible of the next topics:

• Definition and implementation of tools and equipment in assembly shop (conveyor, mainline, pre-assembly line, chassis, finish)
• Coordination and management of equipment suppliers
• Optimization workshops
• Talker for R&D for the product topics in assembly

Key Tasks:

1. Participate in the new product pre-phase to analyze the feasibility of the conveyor for new products. 

2. Design, planning and implementation of manufacturing flow in the Assembly shop

3. Simulation of the production flow in Assembly shop 

4. Simulation of the Flow between Paint shop and Assembly shop

5. Definition, Planning, and specification development for the necessary conveyor equipment.  

6. Manage the bidding process. Comparison and acceptance of offers and suppliers (only technical aspects).

7. Manage the implementation process of equipment (design, schedule, PFMEA, coordination VW Anhui-supplier, implementation. test…) till production’s acceptance

8. Implementation of the necessary measures to comply with the legal requirements and VW standards regarding safety and environment.

Qualification and skills:

Personal skills:

• Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
• Advanced in equipment planning, equipment management methods and concepts, with good communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in English, can be used as working language.

Working experience (in years):

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 3 years' experience in maintenance, technology and management of equipment on production site in a large automotive company.
• Proficient in assembly process, familiar with assembly project development process, assembly production line equipment and logistic.
• Familiar with quality management system (ISO9001, ISO14001…)
• Proficient in Catia and other 3D and 2D programs.
