According to the transportation law and regulations, monitor the oversea transportation process and the compliance operation of third-party logistics service provider. Focus on the oversea transportation efficiency, feedback the oversea transportation status and propose the emergency transportation plan to guarantee the production operation and project demand. 

Key Tasks:

1. Oversea transportation monitoring: Interface the third-party logistics service provider, daily monitor the info of cargo in transit,regularly feedback the cargo transportation status.
2. Risk control: Forecast and analyze and feedback the potential risk in oversea transportation process, timely find and feedback the abnormal status, propose and implement emergent transportation plan.
3. Handle transportation claim: Timely feedback the quality problem found in transit or after delivery,propose and handle the claim of cargo transportation.
4. Review the logistics service fees: Review the transportation bill based on the real transportation situation, and align with the third-party logistics service provider.
5. Performance assessment: Daily monitor and record the third-party logistics service provider status, feedback the service quality problem and assist to optimize.
6. Law and regulations: Keep focus on the update of the law and regulation related oversea transportation, monitor the implementation of 3PL compliance operation.
7. Arrange domestic transportation: Confirm the domestic transportation mode and coordinate delivery times.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor degree or above in logistics, international trade or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in oversea transportation operation or supply chain.
• Familiar with the knowledge of oversea transportation, international trade, insurance, etc.
• Good English communication skill as a working language, Germany is plus.
• Working experience in automobile or related industry is plus.
• Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
