Process Control
• Implement material flow and logistics structure to ensure the supply of production parts
• Planning, confirming and organizing the implementation of logistics processes and related documents
• Monitoring and continuous optimization of logistics process execution

Job Responsibilities:

1.Control and coordinate parts incoming, internal parts flow and delivery information to customers. Guarantee the smooth flow of physical logistics and information

2.Define warehouse operation working instructions. These include the delivery of materials to production line, the internal route traffic for the supply of the lines, the structure and the sequence in the strip supermarket, as well as its material supply.

3.Optimize the operation, material flow in warehouse. Design and evaluate feasibility of the new projects and KVP ideas in warehouse, support related workshops, implement and supervise its operation results.

4.Coordinate with IT colleagues in process analysis, data visualization and shop floor management.

5.Evaluate, supervise and maintenance all facilities and equipment in warehouse, and monitor related cost usage.

6.Support logistics audit topics, and define feasible measures, tacking continuously.

7.Responsible for the risk management of logistics and be the coordinator of risk management

8.Organize warehouse operators to regularly check logistics equipment like AGVs and trucks, and perform daily maintenance.

Job Requirement：

1.Bachelor or above

2.Minimal 1 year experience in the field of logistic, KVP related work experience

3.Personal skills: Completed studies with the focus on logistics

4.Language skills: 
• Chinese:  native language
• English:    excellent

5.IT knowledge: 
• general: excellent MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Outlook), SAP-System, CAD, simulation skills preferred.
