This position supports the daily warranty operations focusing on Warranty IT systems maintenance, Warranty related data acquisition and sending via RVS for claims analysis to identify issues promptly. It is an important part of Data Management function.
Key Tasks:
- Support ET2000 B Part Prices, BEON (A Prices), various WAPAS files and suppliers codes preparation & transmission for Warranty Operations.
- Coordinate and follow up on error messages from Warranty related IT Systems including Server/Cloud resources, data files preparation, file structure checking & transmission.
- Manage SAGA/2 setup of Users, Roles, Sales Organization Administration, Claims Adjudication (Others) and their maintenance.
- Support GT Data Project in Warranty business (CCMS, Data lake..) with AI.
- Process Warranty Claims as business needs (Data standardization, cleaning, integration, analysis, reporting..) and support Dealer network with there queries related to Warranty business
- Support Ad hoc activities as assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualification and skills required for the position:
• Bachelor degree and above, Major in Automobile or Engineering is a plus.
• 3 years' or more relevant experience in Automotive Aftersales field is a plus.
• Good Knowledge of VW Group Processes and Systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English for both oral and written is necessary while fluent in Chinese or German can be advantageous.
• Excellent MS Office skills are a must.
• Python, Tableau, Confluence, Power BI, etc. are a plus.
