To reduce vehicle complaints and increase the customer satisfaction for new projects, and following the Volkswagen quality standards and customer requirement  for a new product, this position needs to fulfill the standard work process, to report the found problem in time, to communicate with interface partners, to ensure the quality requirement by an early detection of product weaknesses. 

Job Responsibilities：

1.Interface between the vehicle plants and VWA-Batteryshop;

2.ZP7 Complaint Handling: Lead battery pack complaint closure, analyze causes, make plans, follow up and feedback.

3.Initiation of quick battery pack returns for analysis in the event of vehicle complaints;

4.Analysis of battery pack complaints from ZP7 and designations of measures;

5.Reject unreasonable complaints and requirements from customer side through excellent dealing with conflict and convincing skills;

6.Work together with customer to finish sorting and blocking risk battery pack through excellent cooperative skills;

7.Ensures achievement of ZP7 PPM Target, which is defined by VGC;

8.Creation of Q standard sheets, work instructions, problem sheets;

JobRequirement：

1.Bachelor degree or higher, majored in engineering, electrical engineering is preferred.

2. 2 years or more working experience in Automobile manufacturing is preferred

3.Familiar with automotive quality norm (ISO 9000, VDA6.3, VDA6.1/TS16949) and quality  tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D)

4.Good communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficient in CAN, Diagra, and other host SW
