• Feasibility analysis of new technology application
• Benefit analysis for digital system

2. Identify use direction of digitalization

• project communicate with other departments and learn their related requirements
• import digital technology and definite the direction of implementation

3. Set up the BDE/ MTS/IOT standard, project planning and implementation, acceptance.

• set up goal: project investigate, requirement book for project
• communicate with supplier, inspect and designate the supplier
• Project planning: schedule, personnel, resources
• project implementation: monitor the work of supplier and collect the information from production
• acceptance: ensure the project work out the way planned

4. diagnose the function failure of BDE/MTS/IOT system

• summarize the problem and analysis the reason and identify the responsible part(system, machine, IT facility, operator)
• discuss the concept and put forward preventive measures with respective departments
• Ensure the completion, accuracy and normal transmit of the data

5. training and improvement of BDE/ MES/IOT system

• organize the training for Key user in respective departments
• definite the responsibility with the contact person in respective departments
• organize the meeting for future optimization
• explore the potential value of data  in application to varied fields

6. function development of MES/BDE/IOT system

• identify the interface with machine supplier, IT, Production, Maintenance, logistic
• realize the automotive  function development in the future

7. Scrum project management

• define product backlog and use stories and their priority
• determine release time and contents
• provide economic feasibility study

8. Support for SPEED+ Audit

• Prepare materials according to SPEED+ audit standard definition
• Explain the relevant materials to the Audit Mentor teacher
