Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

  1. Design automated systems: Design and develop automated systems based on production requirements, including mechanical structures, control systems, sensors, actuators, etc.
  2. Installation and commission: Responsible for the installation, and commissioning of automated systems to ensure they meet design requirements and production needs.
  3. System integration: Integrate automated systems with other production systems to achieve the automation and management of production processes.
  4. Improvement and optimization: Optimize and improve existing automated systems to improve production efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
  5. Maintenance and repair: Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of automated systems to ensure proper operation.
  6. Training and guidance: Provide training and guidance to operators and maintenance personnel to ensure they have the ability to operate and maintain automated systems.
  7. Technical support: Provide technical support for automation issues encountered in the production process, assist in solving various technical problems.
  8. Documentation and reports: Compile technical documents, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, etc. for automated systems, as well as write relevant technical reports.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Thorough understanding of automation theory, control systems, sensors, actuators, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and other related technologies.
  3. Practical Experience: Hands-on experience in designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining automated systems.
  4. Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, and automation control software and tools.
  5. Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical components, drive systems, and material properties to design automation systems that work in conjunction with mechanical equipment.
  6. Electrical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical components, circuit design, and electrical safety regulations.
  7. System Integration: Ability to integrate different hardware and software components into a cohesive automated system.
