Job Title : BSI planner

Your Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Responsible for the planning, organization, implementation, and delivery of on-site BSI and None-BSI work to ensure the project meets commissioning deadlines.  
      2. Coordinate with design institutes for BSI engineering/BSI equipment works, review design drawings and BIM models, and develop or evaluate technical solutions and documentation.
      3. Oversee quality management throughout the entire process, from incoming material inspection, construction (including concealed works), and commissioning to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with government and internal company standards.  
      4. Communicate and coordinate collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, such as VWATD related departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party agencies, to ensure smooth project progression.  
      5. Complete and archive all engineering documentation at each project stage, ensuring timely acquisition of relevant acceptance certificates for each phase and successful project approval in internal and external inspections.  
      6. Review and control change requests for practicality, cost-effectiveness, and feasibility, and manage and track the implementation of approved changes.  
      7. Organization, coordination and monitoring of hook-up activities (media, machine transport and installation on site), central contact person inside and outside VWATD for the defined projects in BSI and None-BSI.
      8. Coordination of the acceptance and handover of the machines and systems, operating resources.
      9. Layout design, such as people flow, material flow and visiting flow.
      10. Manage inside reconstruction / modification BSI and None BSI projects after project handover

Our Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma / Master of Engineering / civil / MEP Engineering
2. At least 3 years BSI design and on-site construction management experience in lithium battery projects, or at least 5 years in semiconductor or pharmaceutical cleanroom BSI project management, must with involvement in at least 2 full project cycles.
3. Language skills: Business English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4. Personal Skills: Good communicator, conflict and problem-solving skills, self-confident manner, through thinking
5. IT Skills: very good skills in MS Office. Auto CAD. Master knowledge of electric cars, E-drives and batteries are in benefit.
