Key Task:

• Responsible for leading the preparation and optimization of relevant departmental system documents
• The department organizes internal audits and is responsible for welcoming external audits
• Responsible for leading the improvement of non-conforming items in internal and external audits and meeting audit requirements
• Responsible for establishing and improving equipment archives
• Responsible for the centralized management of equipment acceptance nodes and non conformities
• Responsible for organizing and controlling the technical agreements for newly purchased equipment within the department, as well as conducting on-site acceptance checks for the equipment
• Responsible for the docking work of the equipment management system
• Responsible for optimizing the equipment management system
