Position Name: Hardware Design

Brief Discription:

Responsible for design, development and commissioning of AMR chassis electrical components. Complete CE‑compliant chassis schematics, safety component selection, PLC programming and on‑site debugging via safety‑PLC. Collaborate with mechanical, software and manufacturing teams to realize chassis electrical‑safety functions, and compile CE certification documents.

Key Tasks:

• Complete scheme design and component selection of electrical and safety system for AMR chassis to meet CE certification requirements, and compile the electrical BOM of the chassis.
• Draw chassis electrical & safety schematics via EPLAN, engage in chassis electrical modular & standardized design for CE compliance.
• Develop and modify programs for standard PLC and safety‑PLC, configure SICK safety‑related devices, implement chassis driving, safety loop and navigation interface functions.
• Conduct unit test & on-site commissioning of chassis electrical & safety functions; troubleshoot drive, communication and safety circuit faults.
• Cooperate with mechanical engineers on chassis assembly & joint debugging, guide production assembly of safety hardware.
• Track chassis electrical module progress to ensure delivery; compile commissioning & safety validation reports, build fault case library.
• Provide basic technical training and onsite technical support for customers; assist technical Q&A for bidding projects.
• Overseen CE compliance activities for electrical systems, responsible for compiling and reviewing full sets of electrical certification technical documents.
• Track mobile robot chassis industry technology trends, participate in optimization and iteration of chassis electrical and safety related products.
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at 􀁾􀁿􀀅􀁭􀁀, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperatingorganizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Automation, Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years experience in electrical automation design and commissioning. AMR chassis electrical project experience and hands-on knowledge of safety PLC products for CE certification preferred.
• Proficient in EPLAN/CAD, component selection and BOM drafting; experienced in PLC and safety PLC configuration.
• Familiar with AMR chassis electrical systems and hardware, capable of equipment commissioning and circuit troubleshooting.
• Familiar with CE, EU Machinery Directive and EMC standards, capable of independently preparing compliance documents for robot exports.
• Available for on-site commissioning with solid problem-solving and technical writing skills.
• oreign language proficiency is preferred.
