Job description:

• Responsible for supporting KVP-Workshops, training, and optimization project between different departments.
• Responsible for organization of the production und manufacture, realization of the Lean-Production.
• Responsible for analyzing the material flow, build up the Kanban System. Implement the Kanban System.
• Responsible for implement the FIFO principles.
• Responsible for draft the production plan according to customer demand.
• Responsible for developing, maintenance and optimizing the data collection system (Labeling-System).
• Responsible for summarizing and draft the weekly production report. Report the actual status of production if required.
• Responsible for organizing and implement special projects about quality improvement or EHS topics.
• Responsible for coordinating the material flow and manpower exchange between old and new production line.
• Responsible for implementation the Shopfloor Management.
• Implement the team meeting.
• Execute the weekly inspection tour.

Qualification:

• Necessary education: Master or PHD
• Personal Skills: Project management, Production system, Lean Production, Problem solving skill.
• Working Experience (in years): 2 year’s experience in production area; 2 year in cell related production area would be preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficient English.
• IT Knowledge: Office application software.
