Job Title: Project Management

Your Responsibilities:

1. Change Management (Change Request-CR & Deviation-DR)

1. Lead CR/DR evaluation, CR/DR release, and make sure the whole processes compliant APQP requirements.  
2. Setup CR/DR committee and Organize cross-functional review(Process, Production, Logistics, Quality) to assess change feasibility and impacts (cost, inventory, lead time).
3. Track CR/DR implement and record change history list.

2. Design drawings & BOM management 

1. Design drawings, 3D drawings, and LAH (from doc release by headquarter, to internal release, and version control),
2. BOM management: coordinate transfer from Headquarter, and internal release. To meet the target BOM release systematically.

3. Production related doc management, including Process parameter & Control Plan & FMEA.

4. Follow up the audit of CR/DR/drawing management.  

Our Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related fields.  

2. Experience: 3+ years in CR/document management in automotive company.

3. Expertise in APQP/PPAP.  

4. Language: English proficiency (CET 6+); oral fluency required.
