key tasks 

1) Develop, maintain and optimization quality management system

• Author, revise, control distribution/archiving, and ensure compliance of QMS documentation (Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions) Customer Specific Requirements (CSR), and internal policies.
• Track QMS performance through Key Performance Indicators

2) Prepare and conduct the annual internal QMS and CSMS audit

• Plan, schedule, lead, execute, report, and follow up on internal audits.
• Tracking and ensuring countermeasure effectiveness and compliance.

3) Prepare and accompany the external QMS and CSMS audit with external auditors.

• Coordinate and lead preparations for external audits. Provide on-site support during audits and manage timely closure/verification of corrective actions for non-conformities.

4) Ensure system / process conformity by new project phase.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Production in designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring QMS integration and effective process controls (SPC, MSA).
• Utilize APQP methodology and core tools (FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D) to support New Product Introduction

5) Quality cost management, monitoring quality cost, cost analysis with other departments

• Develop and implement a standardized quality cost management framework.
• Benchmark quality cost performance against industry standards and develop strategies for cost optimization.
• Monthly calculate and analyze quality cost.
• Prepare visual dashboards for management reviews.

6) Responsible for internal product and process audit, conformity check

• Develop annual audit schedule.
• Define internal product audit concept, content and evaluation regulation.
• Organize product Audit with other departments, analyze audit findings, define countermeasures.
• Lead internal process audit acc. to VDA 6.3 regulation.
• Tracking implementation of countermeasures and effectiveness
• Regular reporting of audits results

7) Internal process control and risk management

• Regularly Conformity Assessment to assess company operations against applicable standards.
• Initiate and drive projects/actions to close identified gaps and ensure sustained compliance with all relevant standards.
• Promote and facilitate the effective application of risk-based thinking throughout the QMS and daily operations.
• Address product safety requirements (including ISO 26262 implications where applicable) and process safety (especially critical for battery manufacturing
• Analyze data to identify trends, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide input for Management Reviews.

8) Implement Training and ensure awareness of quality management and standards

• Design, develop, and update training materials and programs on QMS principles.
• Conduct effective training sessions for employees at various levels on relevant topics.
• Actively promote quality awareness, process orientation, and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Track training effectiveness.
