Across two plants, we produce premium quality Double-clutch Gearbox (DSG) transmissions, hybrid transmissions and e-drives.

Job Title: Intern
Division/Department: Production DL
Location: Tianjin

Your Responsibility:

1.      Organization of the employee operation schedule, observation of buffers and control of the Kanban System 

2.      Analysis of problems in the production process and help to develop and find solutions 

3.      Preparation and development of SPR cards, inspection- and operating instructions,  

4.      Training of employees on Quality topics 

5.      Help to support audit preparations, tracking of changing requests and the approval of machine inspections

Your Requirements:

1.      Student majoring in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, in the field of automation- or industrial engineering or a comparable field of studies 

2.      Chinese mother tongue and fluent in German or English language 

3.      Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team and pro-activeness 

4.      Ambitious, resilient and always looking for new challenges 

5.      Open character, confidence and a high sense of responsibility 

6.      Knowledge in the field of transmission production are an advantage 

7.      Previous internship experience is desirable 

8.      Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 

9.      Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong

10.    Good skill of excel and Power BI (prefer)
