Job Title: Process and release management - mechanical design and simulation team

Your Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and maintain robust end-to-end process management frameworks for e-drive development, ensuring alignment with industry standards, safety regulations, and efficient release practices.
2. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical components releases for e-drive systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of advanced electric propulsion solutions.
3. Establish and enhance release management policies, procedures, and documentation with focus on e-drive development, safety, and security standards.
4. Conduct thorough impact assessments for proposed changes, identifying potential risks related to e-drive functionality and safety, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
5. Implement and manage release tools and automation specifically designed for e-drive mechanical components, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, documentation and reducing manual intervention.

Our Requirements: 

1. minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
2. experience in process and release management within the automotive industry.
3. Strong understanding of e-drive systems development lifecycle, safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262), and release management best practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
5. Solid knowledge of release and workflow documentation and tracking tools, version control systems, and automation frameworks specific to e-drive development.
6. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in the e-drive domain.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
