Job Title: TMA | Assembly Planning E-drive ZSB

Your Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Process Development
- Planning of equipment and processes for serial production for final Assembly of e-drives
- Define equipment together with the operation departments and according to VW standards
- Work together with relevant departments to ensure design for manufacturing for new projects during product and process design
- Realize cost saving opportunities in regards to series processes and support in process release process
- Carry Over Lessons Learned from various sources into Serial Production equipment (e.g. from other plants, other lines, prototype production, …)
2. Project Controlling and Release
- Creation of necessary decision making committees for project release as well as coordination of appointments for presentation of project information to the decision making committee in Tianjin or VW Group
- Identification and controlling of adherence of international project standards of the VWAG (e.g. PEP; PHS; Weißbuch) for HV battery production
- Monitoring of adherence of available project budget, project deadlines and milestones as VFA, PVS, 0-S, SOP etc. for manufacturing equipment
- Coordination of Aekos (Analysis, Evaluation of Impact (technical, costs), Presenting to Management)
3. Planning Department Organization:
- Coordination of interfaces within the prototype production and VWATJ internal or external plants, as well as VGC and VWAG
- Organization and coordination of project related as well as planning department related workshops (e.g. Process Development WS, Material-Flow-WS, Layout WS, 3-P-WS, P-FMEA-WS etc.)
- Appropriation of project related information in professional groups as SET-Meetings, Pilothallen-Meetings, Werkanlaufrunden, Project-Meetings etc.)
- Organization and sharing of planning and project related documents and knowledge/ information
Your Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Industrial/automobile engineering, or a comparable degree
- English or German proficient
- 5 years' work experience in E-Drive assembly line planning, successfully lead at least one project from concept definition to SOP.
- In Depth understanding of assembly processes and their industrialization for high volume production
- Good experience on concept planning, investment evaluation for new project.
- Good understanding on the key components with variant brands.
- Good project leading skill, PMP certified is plus.
- Well-developed communication & cooperation skills
- Action oriented work style and strong drive for results
- Strong ability to simultaneously organize various tasks/projects
- Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
- Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
