Brief description of the position:
Support HRBP daily operation; Consultant for various of HR regulations, processes and programs.
Key Tasks:
- Support HRBP to prepare & facilitate the talent calibration & workshop with BU to identify key talents, build up robust talent pipeline and work out dynamic succession plan and localization plan
- Support to providing the peoples measures during the business transformation process(e.g Toolbox implementation)
- Consult employee on personal development topic to ensure the talent development in line with the business requirement
- Support to facilitate performance improvement program, handle the critical employee case
- Support to provide input to HR CoE & SSC for optimization and guidelines
- Have open-door communications with employees on regular basis and timely feedback to management on findings and suggestions
- Support to drive HR process-flows on both division & individual level
Qualification and skills required for the position:
- - Bachelor and above, preferred in which major business management, Human resources, psychology
- - 3-5 years' HR experience in MNC. 1-2 year of HR BP experience is preferred.
- - Fluent Chinese and business English (written and spoken), additional language German (desirable)
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills as well as business acumen;
- Ability to work under pressure and to handle complexity, uncertainty and multi-task;- Sound Analytical and judgmental ability and good project management skills;
- Good knowledge of labor and employment law
