职位描述: 

 Brief description of the position:

Support HRBP daily operation; Consultant for various of HR regulations, processes and programs.

 

Key Tasks:

  1. Support HRBP to prepare & facilitate the talent calibration & workshop with BU to identify key talents, build up robust talent pipeline and work out dynamic succession plan and localization plan
  2. Support to providing the peoples measures during the business transformation process(e.g Toolbox implementation)
  3. Consult employee on personal development topic to ensure the talent development in line with the business requirement
  4. Support to facilitate performance improvement program, handle the critical employee case
  5. Support to provide input to HR CoE & SSC for optimization and guidelines
  6. Have open-door communications with employees on regular basis and timely feedback to management on findings and suggestions       
  7. Support to drive HR process-flows on both division & individual level

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  •  - Bachelor and above, preferred in which major business management, Human resources, psychology
  • - 3-5 years' HR experience in MNC. 1-2 year of HR BP experience is preferred.
  • - Fluent Chinese and business English (written and spoken), additional language German (desirable)
    - Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills as well as business acumen;
    - Ability to work under pressure and to handle complexity, uncertainty and multi-task;
    - Sound Analytical and judgmental ability and good project management skills;
    - Good knowledge of labor and employment law
