Specialist HR Communication 员工沟通专员

Main Objective

The Department of Recruiting, Assessment and HR Communication ensures the sourcing and recruiting of the right talents for our company also by establishing the right communication channels for Employer Branding internally and externally.

Tasks and responsibilities

1. This position provides effective & professional internal communication channels to ensure smooth & timely information flow and support  relevant topics implementation in Audi FAW NEV Co.
2. This position works closely with the Employer Branding function in order to ensure a consistent messaging about Audi FAW NEV Co. as an employer internally & externally
3. This position focuses on managing internal and external employer branding activities to strengthen employee retention and engagement, e. g. by organizing internal programs, events & activities
4. This position drives the rollout of company initiatives to shape corporate culture
5. This position actively manages a close cooperation with relevant stakeholders of VGC entities and Audi Headquarter interfaces to align a smooth implementation of all group relevant activities

Qualifaction/Requirements：

1. You have successfully completed a full-time domestic or international undergraduate degree or above.

2. You have 2-3 years or more relevant working experience

3. You have an integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulations

4. You have graduated from a domestic university with CET-4 425 or above; if you have graduated from overseas universities you must reach the same level; Good reading ability in English or German and ability to conduct daily conversation are required.
