Job Title: TQ | Field Force Engineer

Location: Hefei

Your Responsibilities: 

1. Field complaints onsite pre-analysis at dealer: Provide appropriate repair suggestions to dealers and JV

2. Statistical evaluation of field complaints and analysis results

3. Analysis status tracking: Usage of relevant systems like AQUA for field Analyses, early warning, prognosis etc.

4. Maintain database: Record necessary information of the field complaints in hotline database

5. Coordinate return of field complained parts
6. Communicate with EU-Analysis, TE, JVs etc. for analysis support

7. Support analysis engineer to reproduce failure and define root cause 

Our Qualification: 

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in majored in engineering, Electrical & Electronics engineering and Automotive engineering are preferred;
2. English or German proficient 
3. 2 years' work experience in Battery analysis and aftersales service field
4. Experience in CAN tools usage;

5. Good communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7. High sense of responsibility and work passion
