Your Responsibilities: (maximum 7 points)

1. New supplier/parts selection and nomination
2. Frontloading of new suppliers/parts
3. Product development / Assurance / Release for pre-series phase
4. Pre Analysis of Suspect Parts on supplier side
5. Project Assurance for battery project / Localization project / Change management project
6. Communication and complaint
7. Containment measures by Supplier side

8. Systematic troubleshooting and improvement of suppliers

9. Supplier Level Management

Our Qualification: (maximum 7 points)

1. Education: Bachelor or above, major of mechanical, material or electric or similar.
2. English or German proficient 
3. Min. 5 years working experience in automotive industry or Min. 3 year quality working experience or min. 1 year working experience as SQE
4. Clear understanding for drawing and technical requirements for the related part

5 .Good problem solving skill and ability, logical analysis thinking, communication and team working.

6. Clear understanding about VW & automotive regulation and process for quality work with supplier in pre-series. Specially nomination / qualification and releasing of parts and process

7. Available to stand working strength and pressure.
8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
