Volkswagen (Anhui) Components Co., Ltd., (“VWAC”) , invested wholly by Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., is located in Jingkai Xinchuang Industrial Park, Hefei City, Anhui Province. A subsidiary of Volkswagen Group China and newly established in July 2021, VWAC produces high-voltage battery systems for Volkswagen Anhui’s all-electric vehicles based on the Group’s Modular Electric Drive Toolkit (MEB platform), with the start of production(SOP) targeted for the second half of 2023. VWAC will be a “smart factory” with high-tech featured equipment and systems, and will play a key role in Volkswagen Group and in industry e-mobility progress.

Job Title: Accountant Officer

Your Responsibilities: 

1. Correct booking of assets, expense and materials based on IFRS and CAS ;
2. Responsible for accurate capitalization of fix assets and intangible assets with government subsidy, the difference in IFRS and CAS;
3. Responsible for the evaluation, calculation and accounting of leasing assets based accounting rule and VW group requirement;
4. Calculated monthly depreciation and the accounting treatment of the fix assets disposal
5. Responsible for all assets management and regular stock taking;
6. Conduct monthly material price confirmation, material invoice booking, balance confirmation and necessary analysis
7. Responsible for the accounting treatment of expense, issue the employee expense report, company expense report in time and provide suggestion to optimize the company business
8. prepare all kinds of company taxes calculation and declaration except individual income tax
9. Withholding taxes for overseas supplier’s calculation and declaration
10. book of all taxes in SAP and maintain and bind all related documentation
11. Deal with all kinds of tax certification

Your Qualifications: 

1. Completed bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance etc.
2. At least 2 years in accounting or finance area
3. Be familiar with accounting standards in IFRS and CAS
4. Fluent English or German, spoken and written, required;
5. Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, a high sense of responsibility and enthusiasm
6. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
7. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
