Job Title: TM | VSC and Optimization
Division/Department: TM Department
Location: Hefei

Your Responsibilities:

Process development on near-series production lines
Manufacturing of prototypes and pre-series products (In cooperation with production)
Support for planning new machines, relevant processes and organize production
Support other planning areas in the implementation of new production lines
Planning of the series production after handover of the equipment to the production.
Optimization of the manufacturing processes, improvement of ergonomic conditions, processing of change requests and cost reduce.
Preparation and organization of technical training for the production

Our Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Mechanical/Industrial engineering or Automobile related fields
years full time working experience, ideally in the field of automotive or battery planning
Proficient in Chinese, German and/or English fluently in speaking and writing, both German and English would be preferred
Ability to work in an international company and team
Action oriented work style and strong drive for results, Focus on personal learning and development
Well-developed communication & cooperation skills, Good organization and coordination ability, conflict and problem solving skills, self-confident manner, assertiveness skills
Skillfully applying office and management software such as MS Office,
Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
