Key tasks:

• Coordinating and allocating internal and external analysis resources based on project requirements 
• Organizing and managing purchase orders for analytical services and resources
• Providing and tracking on-site technical support to ensure smooth operations
• Conducting evaluations and qualifications of internal and external analytical laboratories
• Monitoring and following up on analytical test reports to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
• Creating schedules, presentations, and track implemented measures for project management
• Identifying improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and follow up to enhance laboratory work quality
• Documenting, discussing, and presenting project results to upper management, and communicate with clients on feasibility, order implementation, and method development

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• MS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Elecrtrochemistry or evidence of experience and exceptional ability,  Ph.D is a plus. 
• 3+ years of experience in industry in field of battery industry
• Knowledge in battery cell related development and production processes►
• Open and willingness to take high pressure
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skill to achieve WIN-WIN solutions with many stakeholders
• Coordination skills and assertion skills
• Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floor to top
• Self-motivated with the willingness to learn
