Position Name: Automation

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in the process of MES development system, including mechanical structures, control systems, sensors, actuators, etc.
• Responsible for the installation, and commissioning of automated systems to ensure they meet design requirements and production needs.
• Optimize and improve existing automated systems to improve production efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of automated systems to ensure proper operation.
• Provide training and guidance to operators and maintenance personnel to ensure they have the ability to operate and maintain automated systems.
• Provide technical support for automation issues encountered in the production process, assist in solving various technical problems.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Thorough understanding of automation theory, control systems, sensors, actuators, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and other related technologies.

• Understanding of mechanical components, drive systems, and material properties to design automation systems that work in conjunction with mechanical equipment.

• Familiarity with electrical components, circuit design, and electrical safety regulations.

• Ability to integrate different hardware and software components into a cohesive automated system.

• 10+ years electrical maintenance Experience, including 5+years in battery equipment maintenance.

• Fluent English

• Office application software, and Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, and automation control software and tools.
