Key tasks:

• Acting as the primary contact point for purchasing, value engineering, operations, and program management
• Managing internal sourcing processes.
• Managing approval processes, including coordinating with customers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Controlling and overseeing change requests.
• Deriving and establishing project schedules.
• Understanding the requirements for technical validation.
• Identifying and understanding potential trade-offs and risks.
• Deriving and implementing countermeasures to mitigate risks.
• Identifying the necessary data for analysis and validation.
• Presenting, assessing results, and implementing resulting actions.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Beahelor/master degree above in technical related major 
• 3+ years of experience in industry 
• product development in automotive and other related  industry experience
• Open and willingness to take high pressure 
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skill to achieve WIN-WIN solutions with many stakeholders
• Coordination skills and assertion skills
• Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floor to top
• Self-motivated with the willingness to learn
