Position Name: DevOps Engineer

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead conceptual design of data-related systems, aligning with corporate goals for stable manufacturing operations and cost control.
• Develop data infrastructure optimization plans, tailoring them to the company’s strategic goal of boosting operational efficiency via digitalization.
• Document data management processes and results systematically, ensuring alignment with the strategic requirement for standardized data security.
• Mastering the trend of domestic and international new technologies, contributing to the New technology application in enterprise digitalization transformation.
• Project/Program Management for region or strategic topics; Balancing adequate implementation models (waterfall, agile, devops) for projects.
• Maintain, Optimize data-processing workflows, boosting data utilization efficiency, eliminating redundant operations, and shortening data - processing cycles.
• Setup internal knowhow.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields; a master's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Database, big data analytic. with a manufacturing background is preferred. Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome to consider
• Knowledge/Skill(mandatory)
  • Programming language, Proficiency in SQL, and Proficiency in Python or Java, and Proficiency in shell.
  • Big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS, principles of data warehousing, etc).
  • Database Principles and Operations (Relational and non-relational), database certification.
  • BI tool, able to create complex reports, solve report issue, familiarity with Power BI is preferred
• Other
  • English Skill. Collaboration and teamwork 
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and cross-departmental communication skills.
  • Familiar with data security regulations.
  • Ability to drive technical innovation and team development, with good problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
