Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Driven problem solving by coordination and alignment with project management, technical experts, international stake holders and external suppliers.
• Implementation of production system and define shop floor management standard.
• Continue improvement to reach production target KPI.
• Maintain standards, documents, Operation Instruction.
• Maintenance, 5S instruction, HSE instruction, Quality alert etc.
• Daily review deviation and OPL follow up.
• Planning of complex manufacturing resources.
• Support audit and customer release.
• Participate in simultaneous engineering teams.
• Lead production related project.
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VWATJ, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills：

• Master degree or above.
• 5+years production engineer experience in cells industry.
• Fluent English or German and outstanding campus recruits will also be considered.
• Lean production qualification.
• Production system knowledge.
• Digitalization project experience.
• Office application software.
• Strong communication, coordination skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• TEM-6 in English and TEM-8 in German is preferred.
