职位描述:
Position Name: Hardware Design
Brief Description:
Deliver qualified AGV mechanical structure meeting structure, performance, cost and durability via full-cycle mechanical development (concept to prototype validation), including scheme design, structural modeling, part selection & prototype testing, balancing mechanical realization, equipment stability and commercial value.
Key Tasks:
- Responsible for the structural scheme design, 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing of the entire AMR vehicle body to ensure the stability and adaptability of the vehicle body.
- Undertake design, selection & performance verification of key AMR mechanical components.
- Responsible for the compilation, sorting out and maintenance of BOM lists for the entire AMR vehicle and its components to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the bill of materials.
- Lead in solving technical problems during the assembly and commissioning of the AMR vehicle body to ensure the assembly progress and assembly quality.
- Carry out R&D and exploration of new technologies and new schemes in the field of AMR mechanical structure, and complete the design, production and performance testing of mechanical test samples.
- Responsible for the selection, evaluation and interfacing of suppliers for AMR mechanical components.
- Interpret CE and other relevant industry mechanical safety design standards, integrate standard requirements into AMR mechanical design process, and ensure mechanical‑part compliance.
- Complete mechanical design specification documentation, participate in optimizing mechanical development workflow, improve mechanical design quality and standardization level.
- Participate in AMR mechanical R&D, collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver outputs on time.
- Participate in mechanical prototype test, analyze structural failure risk, optimize mechanical structure according to test feedback.
- Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
- Advising other people holding positions at , its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above, priority majors: Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics Engineering (Mechatronics), Robotics Engineering; English oral proficiency is preferred.
- 5+ years of AMR/ industrial automation mechanical R&D experience, led overall mechanical design, with automotive‑plant AMR and mass‑production project experience.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D engineering drafting,Inventor is preferred.
- Sound mechanical design fundamentals,proficient in AMR drive systems, transmission structures, material selection and machining processes.
- Able to conduct simulation analysis, familiar with mechanical integration for AMR positioning‑navigation sensors.
- Knowledgeable of industry standards such as ISO 3691‑4.
- Strong troubleshooting ability for mechanical design and commissioning defects.
- Good cross‑team coordination, able to cooperate with electrical, software and production teams to advance projects.
