Job description:

• Improvement of welding yield: By classifying welding defects, using Plato to screen for major defects, analyzing defects from six dimensions of human machine material method and environmental testing, identifying the main causes of defects and developing corresponding measures for continuous optimization.
• Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting: Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of laser equipment to ensure its stable operation. At the same time, timely troubleshooting and handling of equipment failures can reduce production interruption time and ensure the continuous operation of the production line.
• Module system file construction: Write detailed laser welding operation procedures, including equipment operation, process parameter settings, safety protection, etc; Establish equipment failure records, summarize and analyze common problems, and develop corresponding solutions.
• Technical support and training: Laser engineers need to provide technical support and training to production personnel to ensure that they can correctly use and maintain laser equipment. By providing regular training and sharing experiences, we aim to enhance the skill level of production personnel, improve production efficiency and product quality. Maintenance and repair: Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of automated systems to ensure proper operation.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or above / master degree.
• Possess profound knowledge of laser welding technology, understand the basic principles, process methods, and equipment characteristics of laser welding, be able to independently complete the debugging and sampling of laser welding machines, and proficiently master fiber laser welding and basic operation and maintenance. In addition, a deep understanding of the laser welding characteristics of commonly used metal materials such as aluminum alloys, stainless steel, etc. is also required.
• Familiar with laser welding process and parameters, able to optimize laser light path according to actual needs and improve welding quality. At the same time, it should also independently conduct electrical or mechanical design and be able to complete technical verification and component selection under the guidance of the supervisor.
• Proficient in using 2D and 3D drawing software for the design and drawing of welded workpieces.
• Familiar with welding quality standards and inspection methods, able to control and detect welding quality, analyze, and handle welding defects.
• Proficient in using office software such as WPS and Office.
• Textual expression ability: able to accurately and quickly express the desired content in words.
• Language expression ability: able to describe the detection principle and working mechanism of CCD equipment clearly and accurately.
• Organizational and coordination skills: reasonable decomposition of various tasks and personnel coordination tasks.
• Work diligently, patiently, and responsibly.
• Practical Experience: 1+ year experience in laser development or 3+ years experience debugging.
• Language Skills: Fluent English.
• IT Knowledge: Office application software, and Engineering software e.g. AutoCAD.
• Remarks (e.g. Certificates): Welding certification certificates would be an advantage.
