Key Tasks:

• Plan, track, report and escalate projects targets in terms of timeline, cost, cell demands, quality and performance. 
• Own,manage and report open point list
• Provide measure plan with potential adjusted time planning in case of technical product issues 
• Risk management for critical issue from internal and external stakeholders.  Initiate and support  task force in case of critical issue if necessary 
• Monitor task assigned from project  leader or the project steering committee  and track status in a transparent and effective way  
• coordinate and manage logistics  from TE side 
• Enhance transformation of partner's processes to fulfill VW (automotive) standards in terms of supplier qualification process  (e.g. process standards, PEP)
• Ensuring budget for the project cluster

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• MS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Elecrtrochemistry or evidence of experience and exceptional ability,  Ph.D is a plus. 
• 5+ years’ experience in industry in  field of project management
• knowledge in battery cell realated development and production processes
• experience in automotive industry

• Planning (project management) skills
• Self-motivated with the willingness to learn
• Abstraction skills
• Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floor to top
• Fluent in English, German and Chinese is a plus.
