Position Name: Process Engineering

Your Responsibilities：

1. Responsibility for the internal coordination work of Electrode section(Daily meeting/ Process linkage/ Cross-process verification & analysis/Daily task assignment and follow up, etc.)
2. Responsibility for communicate, coordinate and discuss with external department of Electrode department (Equipment department/product development department/quality department/production department/project team ,etc)               
3. Responsibility for the development of process management system and related work flow and guidelines;
4. Participate in the  project cycle planning in the industrialization stage;
5. Participate in new product process risk assessment and improvement plan formulation;
6. Responsibility for the development of process verification plan in the industrialization stage;
7. Responsibility for making the work plan of all process in the whole Electrode section;
8. Master the process and operation mechanism of all processes in the  whole Electrode section;
9. Responsibility for the problem handling of the whole area( record, analysis, verification, improvement, promotion, etc.)
10. Participate in the whole section measurement system analysis(MSA);
11. Comprehensive analysis ability(F analysis,5why ,8D,etc) for abnormal phenomena from the process, product structure, operation mechanism and other aspects;
12. Possessing engineer thinking and mastering engineer tools such as Minitab(DOE experiment design and analysis, process capability analysis, control methods, etc.)
13. Organize and write process documents, experiment reports and summaries, etc. (PFMEA/CP/SPC/Flow chart /SOP /specification plate, etc.);

Our Requirement:

1. 5+ years’ experience in the Li-ion cell production (minimum 2 years in the electrode area in the mass production line, OR 3 years in prototype line onsite working for electrode DOE experience)
2. 3+ years’ experience as team leader
3. Spanish & English speaking; other language like German, Chinese and Korean as plus point
4. Chemical engineering or Chemistry major is plus point
5. Strong cross function team player
6. Strong problem solving skill/results-oriented
7. Good reporting skill
