Key Task

• Comprehensive coordinated production plan: Based on the shipment order, develop a reasonable production plan and organize its implementation to ensure a balance between production, supply, and sales.
• Monitor production progress: Responsible for supervising and inspecting the execution of production plans, coordinating, and handling any abnormalities in a timely manner to ensure that production progress is carried out according to plan.
• Resource optimization: Reasonably allocate the production capacity and manpower budget of each workshop, avoid inventory backlog, reduce waste, and improve resource utilization.
• Coordinate the work of various departments: Work closely with various departments and suppliers of the company to solve various problems in the production process, including the urgent demand and special orders.
• Continuous optimization of production process: By analyzing project demand forecasting, identifying production capacity or material supply bottlenecks in advance, and proposing solutions, the production process is continuously optimized.
• Create short-term and long-term production planning models that are suitable for the current overall production situation, collaborate with relevant colleagues, use digital solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of production planning, and ultimately achieve the goal of system management.
• Regularly report the latest production plan and actual output, follow up on the differences between actual and planned, work with relevant colleagues to analyze the reasons for the differences, and develop and implement follow-up improvement plans to ensure efficient output can achieve customer delivery.
