职位描述: 

Key Tasks:

  • Planning and managing all project targets, including timeline, cost, demand, quality, and performance.
  • Managing development, manufacturing, quality, and technology issues with global subsidiaries, associate companies, and customers.
  • Establishing and steering project risk management while identifying critical issues from stakeholders.
  • Leading cross-functional task forces and expert groups for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Controlling product and technology decisions to ensure overall project feasibility and final cell delivery.
  • Coordinating with local partners and headquarters across process, quality, and logistics to drive product delivery.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Resolving conflicts in technology, processes, and resources in line with corporate strategy.
  • Overseeing problem-solving and facilitating the exchange of lessons learned across the group.
  • Driving the transformation of partner processes to fulfill required automotive standards (e.g., supplier qualification, PEP).

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • MS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Elecrtrochemistry or evidence of experience and exceptional ability,  Ph.D is a plus. 
  • 8+ years’ experience in industry in  field of automobile or battery cell company
  • MS in Eng/Electrochem (PhD plus) or equity exp; 5+ yrs battery industry
  • Battery cell dev & prod processes knowledge
  • Open and willingness to take high pressure
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Coordination skills and assertion skills
  • Planning (project management) skills
  • Self-motivated with the willingness to learn
