Task:

• Organize technical team to align the technical parameters, collect scenario based requirements, identify technical constraints and output requirement specifications 
• Collaborate with R&D and supply chain departments to evaluate the feasibility of technology implementation and cost; Identify the core risks of the project
• Breakdown the project process tasks, identify key milestones and develop a schedule, clarify the responsible person and timeline for each task
• Coordinate supply chain to purchase core components in advance to ensure material supply for prototype trial production and mass production
• Develop on-site deployment plan, organize implementation team for on-site debugging, and provide training for customer operators
• Manage customer communication and requirements, regularly report project progress to customers,  and synchronize R&D and testing results
• Monitor project progress and costs, control project quality and risks; Timely report project performance to project stakeholders, synchronize progress and issues
• Organize on-site acceptance;  Organize the project team to conduct a project review and establish standardized processes; Archive project documents
• Maintain a sensitive understanding of the AMR market and promote the correct direction of project strategy through market research and other methods.
• Develop customers, maintain close contact and obtain more orders, maintain relationships with customers, lead communication with key client.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project life cycle management : from pre-sales technical consultation to develop project plans, track project progress and address deviations and final acceptance etc. 
• Responsible for market research and promotion of AMR products, providing reference for product research directions, and enhancing product visibility on the client side.
• Technical compliance & Customization: lead the development and implementation of AMR product compliance strategies , for target markets, ensuring compliance with regional certifications 
• Responsible for expanding new customers for AMR, handling customer needs and order conversions. Production and reporting of progress documents for marketing and sales projects.
• Risk management : identify and assess potential risks in oversea projects. develop targeted risk response plans
  Resource & Budget governance:  optimize resource utilization and control project costs

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor's degree or above, priority majors: automation, mechanical and electronic engineering, electrical engineering and automation, computer science and technology, software engineering;
• 5+ years of project management related work experience, 3 years of project management experience in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, industrial automation, and robotics（AGV/AMR prefer）
• PMP certificate, MS project, Gant Chart, German or English, etc.
• cross cultural communication and coordination skills, fluent in German or English communication
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, calmly analyze the root causes of unexpected situations, coordinate resources to respond quickly

• leadership and team motivation, abilities drive everyone towards a common goal  
• Having experience in managing the entire lifecycle of AMR projects, from requirement research, scheme design to acceptance and delivery throughout the entire process;
• Having cross departmental collaboration experience, able to effectively coordinate multiple teams such as research and development
• Having experience in customer communication, able to accurately identify customer needs, handle changes in requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction;
