Position Name：Quality Shopfloor Cell Assembly

Brief Description of the Position：

This position takes full responsibility of quality assurance in shopfloor for delegated value stream ( e.g. stacking, Can to Lid Welding). The quality is ensured in terms of man, machine, raw material, process, environment and measuring. 
The quality problems and complaints are also handled by this position to ensure the customer satisfaction, quality cost control and continuously improvement. 

Your Responsibilities：

• Recognize, evaluation and implementation (e.g. control plan and process) the standards ( e.g. customer requirement, VW standard) and rules ( Laws and regulations ) to shopfloor quality management.
• Monitoring the activities of shopfloor and ensure them following the standards and rules about quality. When abnormal of quality occurs, leading the correction.   
• Full responsible for at-line measuring devices, including planning, evaluation and problem solving. Participate the design of  n-line measuring system and responsible for their evaluation (MSA).
• Responsible for raw material incoming quality control, including sampling, blocking and releasing actions. Ensure qualified raw material for production in time. Participate in problem solving.
• Join the activities of audit and release for product and production process, like product audit and process audit.
• Provide training for junior engineer and workers about quality skills and process  
• Analyze and Solve Quality problem, including complaints of EOL, audit, vehicle plants and end customer, and implement the corrective actions
• Risk assessment of abnormal parts and products (homemade), coordinate blocking and releasing actions.
• Improve quality in shopfloor by summary and analyze the data of quality, e.g., time and consumable cost of inspection, scraps rate etc..
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at , its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
