Key tasks:

• Capturing, analyzing, confirming, and validating requirements for series development of battery cells.
• Coordinating cross-disciplinary requirement assessments.
• Creating specifications for cell sub-components and aligning with stakeholders.
• Assessing impact of requirement changes, documenting and communicating these to the project teams.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and internal company guidelines.
• Providing release recommendations, e.g., for level-based approvals.
• Executing change management throughout respective development phases.
• Documenting, discussing, and presenting project results.
• Tracking status of each requirement about testing and fullfillment.
• Coordinating interfaces and workflows for requirement management within and across projects

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• MS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Elecrtrochemistry or evidence of experience and exceptional ability,  Ph.D is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in industry in field of battery industry
• Knowledge in battery cell related development and production processes
• Open and willingness to take high pressureStrong problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skill to achieve WIN-WIN solutions with many stakeholders
• Coordination skills and assertion skills
• Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floor to top
• Self-motivated with the willingness to learn
• Business fluent in English; Chinese is a plus
